While suction cups are required for aluminum panels or glass, the magnetic mount is the preferred choice for steel panels because it provides an instant, rock-solid grip without needing to pump a vacuum seal.

These mounts are engineered for precision, allowing technicians to place their light boards anywhere on a hood, fender, or door frame and instantly lock them into position.
